We are experienced in conventional multi-axis and robotic inspection systems, and undertake new system design as well as retrofitting of new hardware such as probe manipulators and gimbals, and upgrading instrumentation and software for high speed full A-Scan capture.
With over 20 years experience in ultrasonic C-Scan immersion systems, automated tube and bar inspection systems, semi-automated and manual scanning assemblies we draw design solutions from a wide range of applications.
Inspection Technologies
We offer inspection solutions in conventional and phased array ultrasound in contact and immersion, ultrasonic bond testing including the pitch-catch, resonance, and mechanical impedance methods; eddy current and magnetic flux leakage.
Applications vary from portable manual solutions to fully automated systems, for CFRP, GRP, composite and metallic honeycomb, bar and tube, billet, plate and components of complex geometry.
